What happens if no data is found?

In subscription plans, you only pay when data is returned. Unsuccessful queries are rare but carry no cost, giving firms a risk-free way to pre-qualify cases.

Yes. SettLiT integrates with SmartAdvocate and Filevine, with Salesforce and Litify in development. You can also connect through our API for custom workflows and automations.

How quickly can our team get up and running?

Onboarding takes about 15 minutes. Once your account is set up and signatures are configured, you can begin running clients immediately.

What authorization is required to run a client?

Most firms already have suitable language in their existing fee agreements. If needed, we will review your authorization and provide compliant language for medical data access.

Do you provide actual medical records, or only data?

Yes, SettLiT provides Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) when available from the networks we access. These include encounter notes, clinical documentation, and digital uploads. There are no per page fees for EMRs returned digitally.

How fast can I access medical information?
